Healthy City Design Congress Voices: Creating healthier, sustainable cities and communities
Healthy City Design 2025 (HCD 2025) International Congress & Exhibition is a global forum for the exchange of knowledge on the research, policy, investment and practice of designing healthy and sustainable cities and communities.
Organised by SALUS Global Knowledge Exchange and the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design, Royal College of Art, in collaboration with Impact on Urban Health and Cities & Health Journal, this year’s congress will be held at the Lowry, MediaCity in Salford, Greater Manchester, from 14-15th October, following two years in Liverpool and the previous six years in London.
In this highlights video from last year’s congress in Liverpool, Healthy City Design’s cofounder, Prof Jeremy Myerson and many of the congress partners, collaborators and participants, provide an insight into the vision, conversations and impact of the world’s leading forum for interdisciplinary voices in planning, design, health, policy, research, investment and in communities to come together and share the ideas, research and innovative practice that are shaping the future of our cities.
